Sanno Marracoonda Perth Airport Hotel is ideally situated on the outskirts of the Perth CBD and is conveniently located within close proximity to Perth Airport. The location is ideal for corporate and fly in fly out travellers.

Accounts are issued on departure and are due for payment immediately. Surcharges may apply for credit card payments (see Credit Cards).

 

AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING

Your room is individually equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning. If the air conditioner is not operating correctly, firstly check that the correct mode has been selected. There is a mode button on the control unit (or remote control) which can change the unit from heating to cooling. For any further instructions, please contact reception. Some of our air conditioners have sensors that will turn the unit off if doors or windows are left open.

The Perth International and Domestic Airport is located within close proximity to the hotel and travelling time varies depending on the terminal and traffic.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

24-hour complimentary airport transfers are provided to and from the airport daily. Children under the age of 8 years cannot be transported as no appropriate restraints are fitted within the vehicle.

NOISE

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms. Additional charges may apply if evidence of smoking is present.

 

SUPERMARKET

Aldi, Coles and Woolworths Supermarkets can be found in Belmont Forum located at 227 Belmont Avenue, Belmont. They are open 7 days. There is also an IGA located at the corner of Belvidere St & Keymer Street, Belmont only a few minutes drive from the hotel.

 

SWIMMING POOL

Relax by the outdoor swimming pool located in the middle of the property. The pool is open daily but only during daylight hours. Pool towels are available from reception.

 

TAXI

Dial 9 to place an order for a taxi. Although the taxi service is usually very reliable we recommend you book your taxi in advance.

 

TOURS

Reception will be happy to offer advice and make tour bookings on your behalf.

 

TOWELS

To help save the environment please leave only the towels you want laundered on the bathroom floor. If you require extra towels, please see reception or dial 9.

 

TRANSPORT

Public transport including buses and trains are located within walking distance from the hotel. Please contact reception for information and directions or visit www.transperth.wa.gov.au for routes, timetables and fares.

SECURITY

All rooms are fitted with self-locking electronic lock for your security. We recommend that you ensure that the door is securely closed before retiring for the night. Please ensure that your vehicle is also locked and that no valuables are left within sight.

 

SMOKING

All rooms are designated Non-Smoking. Smoking will only be allowed outside the building. There are terracotta coloured butt bins outside each room. Smoking within our hotel rooms is considered to be malicious damage. If a room is found to have been used for smoking by the guests or invitees of the guests a minimum charge of $200.00 will be charged to the guests account or credit card supplied at check-in to compensate for deep cleaning of room.

 

SMOKE DETECTORS

All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors. Should you accidentally trigger your smoke detector please contact reception straight away. Triggering a smoke detector will also trigger adjoining rooms in your section of the hotel. Attempting to disconnect or tamper with detectors will also trigger them.
